Clinical Supervision
Supervision is a vital part of developing as a thoughtful, ethical, and confident clinician. I offer clinical supervision to psychology students, interns, and pre-licensure professionals
(LMHC, LMSW and Psychologists) working toward independent licensure.
My Approach
My approach to therapy is primarily relational and psychodynamic, which means I’m interested in how your past experiences and relationships shape how you feel and interact with the world now. I also integrate evidence-based approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to support greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and more flexible ways of responding to life’s challenges.

About me
My work has spanned 30 years through numerous emergency rooms, psychiatric hospitals, clinics and mobile crisis teams throughout Florida, Massachusetts and New York City. Most recently I provided outpatient psychotherapy at Montefiore Medical Center where I also served as Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Einstein Medical School.
