About Me
I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with over three decades of experience in mental health care. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working across a wide range of settings—including emergency rooms, psychiatric hospitals and mobile crisis teams—serving diverse communities in Florida, Massachusetts, and New York City. Most recently, I worked in an outpatient setting at Montefiore Medical Center where I also held a faculty position as Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
Prior, I served as a psychologist at AHRC, providing assessments and ongoing support for individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism. Currently, I’m a consulting psychologist with Forestdale Inc. where I offer clinical guidance to licensed social workers and case planners who support families involved in the child welfare system.
Originally from Bradenton, Florida, I moved to New York City in 2000. I live in Brooklyn with my family and our rambunctious pandemic pup. Outside of work, I find joy in playing cello with a community orchestra and heading into the woods for camping adventures with my daughters.
