My Approach
My approach to therapy is primarily relational and psychodynamic, which means I’m interested in how your past experiences and relationships shape how you feel and interact with the world now. I also integrate evidence-based approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to support greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and more flexible ways of responding to life’s challenges.
Overall, I want our work to feel safe, collaborative, and grounded in what matters most to you. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, so I tailor therapy to meet your needs—whether that’s exploring deeper patterns, building coping skills, or finding more ease in the moment. You're always welcome to ask questions or let me know what’s working or not—therapy is a shared process.
